Looks like i picked the wrong day to deal with Amitriptyline withdrawal and may just be joining Harry in a disgusted rant of venomous political vitriol. If you want to make me righteously angry, all you need to do is point me in the direction of blasphemous pseudo-Christians pouring righteous damnation on the human race and making the rest of us who walk under the church steeple totally ashamed to share the same God as them.

It would seem that the self-appointed directors’ committee of God, that all-powerful and all-wise herd of hypocritical swine known as the Catholic church, have decided that God has decreed a new set of deadly sins. After drawing up the original list in the 6th Century on their own initiative, it would seem they’ve now decreed that the Almighty is speaking through them once again. How long they will spout this unbiblical nonsense, nobody knows.

The hilarious new list of sins that the Father apparently compartmentalises and files in orders of severity:

• genetic modification
• carrying out experiments on humans
• polluting the environment
• causing social injustice
• causing poverty
• becoming obscenely wealthy
• taking drugs
• abortion
• perjury
• paedophilia

If it wasn’t for the fact that the organisation most guilty of all of them is the Roman Catholic church itself, you could sympathise. It might as well serve as the index of an operating manual. You could start with their European political empire-building, the Incquisition, absurdly complicated rituals with obscured language, the blasphemous veneration of Mary, their support for the Nazis, the suppression of widespread child abuse by their clergy, their oppression of women, as well as their absurd unbiblical notions about contraception and the presthood. Oh, and the fact their current leader (the Pope) was a member of the Hitler Youth.

If it was up to me, i’d have them banned, denounced and stripped of their financial assets for the revolting blasphemous vultures they are. Christ never declared that there were “degrees” of sin. That kind of hypocrisy makes me sick. And yes, my girlfriend is Catholic, but she is cool.
